The Métier coaching group offers clients a very distinct level of professional knowledge and experience.

As professional athletes, we became professional coaches, team directors and exercise physiologists. We use sound training principles and the most up-to-date science to empower you to achieve your best possible fitness and results.

Our athletes are competing at the local, national and international level. Some train 6-10 hours a week, have families and high stress jobs, while others live the life of a full-time professional, where training and racing IS their job. It doesn’t matter if you’re preparing for your first century or you first grand tour, you need a practical and detailed plan from an experienced, professional and proven coach.

Essential Training Plan

$350 per month with a 3 month commitment.
$75 per month to use the training space and all training equipment or $25 for a Day pass.
$150 Start up fee.
$15% off of all performance services.

To Start

  1. Initial athlete interview to go over athlete history and goals and to explain coaching theory and practices.
  2. Power test to establish training zones.
  3. Set up a Training Peaks athlete account and or review of the current training log/account.
  4. In person or online movement screen to determine strength and conditioning protocols

Included in Plan

  • Weekly / monthly workouts uploaded to Trainingpeaks
  • 15% off of performance services: V02, RMR, P100, Bike fitting, 1 on 1 training, respiratory training and analysis and INCYD power testing protocol..
  • Unlimited emails answered within 24 hrs.
  • 2 calls per month
  • Quarterly performance review and goal/event planning in person or on zoom.
  • Access to TH gym protocols and videos.
  • Monthly newsletter about topics and trends in the world of cycling and conditioning.
