The Spring Classics are in full swing, and the two big monuments, The Tour of Flanders and Paris-Roubaix, are here. These routes strive to pursue the spirit and epic nature of these monumental races. Join us!
Flanders Ride
Sunday, April 1st @ 9:00am
This is the third year of our now-infamous Tour of Flanders ride. In true Flanders fashion, we will seek out the short, steep climbs and cobblestones in Seattle.
Join us for coffee at 6:30am as we watch the race unfold. The kitchen will be open at 8am, and we will roll out on the ride around 9am.
There are 9 bergs that we will wait after each to re-group: W Bertona (hill), Howe (cobbles), Warren Ave. N (cobbles), Thorndyke/Magnolia (hill), Illinois (hill), W Emerson (hill), Interlaken (hill), E Roy (cobbles) and E Howell (cobbles).
Paris-Roubaix Ride
Sunday, April 8th @ 9:00am
Come to Métier to watch the final kilometers of the famous Hell of the North. We open at 8am, the race should be finishing shortly after that. Afterward, Rocket Richter will lead us on a Sunday ride.
We’ll roll across the 520 bridge, toward the historic Red Brick Road of Redmond, built in 1913. It’s a little more than a mile in length, and is sure to give you a taste of the Roubaix experience that WorldTour riders will endure during the Queen of the Classics.
Expect a few spirited sections with regrouping. As always, we’ll head back to Métier to enjoy waffles and recover with beer afterward.
View our Ride and Events Calendar for more information on upcoming events, as well as our Ride Details page, highlighting our favorite routes.
