NOTE: This build is with a gravel riding focus.

The tire clearance allows for up to 40mm wide tires (depending on the tire). This frameset is a great go-anywhere bike that is sure to be suitable for all of your gravel/dirt/trail/ and tarmac riding.

The carbon layup on the U.P. and U.P.P.E.R. is the right blend of the right carbon in the right places. OPEN strategically places the ultra-high modulus (very stiff) carbon where possible and tougher/more compliant grades of carbon where they must making their frames light and durable.

NOTE:
There is no difference between the U.P. and U.P.P.E.R. in geometry, durability, stiffness, tire clearance, or capacity.
