Many have been inspired by and asked about the proven results of Métier coached athletes, but who aren’t ready to commit to a 1:1 customized coaching plan. With this in mind, we designed an affordable 10-week training template designed to provide structured workouts and guidance for athletes with a wide-range of goals and performance levels.
The workouts range from structural endurance to high intensity intervals and are carefully integrated in the plan to improve performance and optimize on the bike. The plan is set up in Training Peaks and the workouts are easily downloadable onto a Wahoo or Garmin so you can just press Start and go!
So far, we have had great success! Clients love the accountability and simplicity of the plan and have seen improvement within weeks of starting — with one client meeting his goal to hang with his buddies during a group ride to another winning his category in a local race!
