We’ve been a POC of Switzerland helmet retailer for some time and recently made the move to carry the POC line of performance and casual eyewear.  Check out more about this truly innovative Swiss company.

Masterclass: Med Ball Moving
Wed, April 11, 5:30 – 6:30p
Does your lifestyle outside of the gym involve moving objects? Med ball training is one of the best ways to practice skills in eye-body coordination: catching, throwing, moving objects. That’s coordinating the same central nervous system that you use outside of training, making it relevant to living better.
RSVP from the métier schedule

Masterclasses are open only to métier training members and MCC, including a +1 for someone you like.

You can see more on masterclasses in this on-going rapport: For the club and members: masterclasses and métier cycle club socials

Café

ESPRESSO! The legendary machine is here.
The Faema E61 Legend. We chose this modern classic for its consistency, simplicity and beautiful design as well as its heritage in the sport we love.

Faema has been active honing their craft for over 70 years, since 1945. They’re known especially in the Italian market, where their sponsored pro cyclists were champions in the late ‘60s and ‘70s. They like what we like.

New Menu Items
David Kerwin, our amazing cook, is always looking to make our menu better. He’s done it again; we’ve added a fruit and nut oatmeal, a re-configured house salad and a ham and cheese baguette as our new sandwich. We’ve added a new meat and cheese board for the late afternoon and evenings to go along with our beer and wine offerings. The waffles and rice bowls continue on as staples (of course).

Our Kitchen will be closing at 3 pm daily but smoothies, acai bowls and other snacks will still be available.

Guest Roaster: Lady Falcon Coffee Club of San Francisco

1948 GMC bread truck custom crafted into a coffee truck

Lady Falcon Coffee Club is a respectful nod to an era in San Francisco Ocean Beach history. In the 1880’s, an impromptu neighborhood of abandoned street cars on Judah Street became “Carville-by-the-Sea.” Carville housed many a freethinker. The Falcon Ladies Bicycling Club was one of the first cars in the bunch and helped shape the legend of Carville.

We’re offering drip coffee, espresso and retail bags to go from Lady Falcon, stop by and experience craft roasted coffee with style; just how we like it.

Stay connected. You can reply here or talk in-person. We love talking about what we have going on.

Godspeed the Rider,

TH and Rocket
