The Cycling Club

To celebrate Cycling Club Members, every month we gather for food, drink, socializing and a talk by local experts.

The Training Space

Training Space Members gather monthly for training Masterclasses.

MCC Members are also invited to join masterclasses, as an added benefit to the club.

MCC Socials give TH, Rocket, and other Métier pros a platform to tell stories, teach craft, and guide conversation on the best strategies for being successful in all elements of cycling and cycling lifestyle. Always alongside complimentary beer.

Masterclasses are more in-depth versions of group class training. They’re a combo of theory and practice to provide the info and tools you need to develop your own independent (indie) training routines that work for you over the long-term. Indie training is where it’s at.

Are you interested in becoming a training space member, a member of the cycling club, or both?

We’re around to talk and answer your questions. Please reach-out in-person or e-mail

Coming up in April 2018:

Masterclass:  Med Ball, cross-training for cycling

Wed, April 11, 5:30p – 6:30p
Does your lifestyle outside of the gym involve moving objects? Med ball training is one of the best ways to practice skills in eye-body coordination: catching, throwing, moving objects. That’s coordinating the same central nervous system that you use outside of training, making it relevant to living better.
RSVP from the métier schedule

Masterclasses are open only to métier training members and MCC, including a +1 for someone you like.
