The Métier service team is a friendly and certified team of professionals who understand and appreciate that there is no other bicycle like yours. We don’t just repair bicycles, our approach is also to prevent issues down the road.

Ride with Confidence
When you bring your bicycle to Métier for check in, no detail is overlooked. Our check in process is thorough and our service rates are hourly. Every bicycle is washed and lubed as part of our standard.
Pricing does not include tax and is based on a $150 per hour labor rate.
Equivalent to an hours worth of work, this service is to be suggested when a bike either recently underwent a service (here or elsewhere) and the bike is in great mechanical shape, adjustments in essence. No parts are coming off unless they are being replaced. If there is any chance the bike needs more than an hour worth of our time please suggest the Pro Tune
Details as follows:
- Brake, Shifting/Derailleur, Bottom Bracket, and Headset adjustments
- Brake pad installation if pads are needed. Minor wheel true. If dish is off or out of round additional wheel labor will be added.
- Safety check all quick releases to make sure they are installed properly. Check all stem, seatpost, brake, derailleur, crankset, chainring, and axle bolts to ensure they are tightened to the proper torque.
- Wipe down bike, lubricate chain, minor drivetrain cleaning.
- Double check that if the seat was raised to put in the stand that it is put back to its correct height. Make sure all lights, computers, bags, and accessories are put back on the bike.
- Tires inflated to customers preferred pressure.
Does not include:
- Extensive Cleaning
- Brake Bleed
- Headset, Bottom Bracket, or Hub service
- Cable or housing replacement
- Chain Install
- Handlebar Wrap
- Flat fix or Tire Install
Equivalent to 2.2 hours of work, this service is suggested for nearly 70% of bikes coming in. This service is a total tear down of the bike, a full service bike wash and drivetrain cleaning, and reassembly of the bike. Full wheel true within reason, if the wheel is out of true a total of 10mm in either direction that would need a rebuild or replacement. The only thing not included in the service is parts.
Details as follows:
- Bike disassembly, Chassis wash and dry.
- Drivetrain washed (electronics by hand, otherwise pulsonic).
- Fork dropped out and headset assessed and serviced including loose ball bearings.
- Cranks pulled and Bottom Bracket assessed and serviced including loose ball bearings.
- Brakes Adjusted, Disc Brakes Bled and Centered.
- Shifter/Derailleur, Hub axles and Freehub Body assessed and serviced.
- Reinstallation of the drivetrain, Lubrication, and Tuned.
- New Cables and housing installation (mechanical bikes only).
- Bar Taping (when applicable).
- Full wheel true.
- Tire and Tube installation when applicable.
- Firmware Updates on electronic shifting and Battery Charging.
- Safety check all quick releases to make sure they are installed properly. Check all stem, seatpost, brake, derailleur, crankset, chainring, and axle bolts to ensure they are tightened to the proper torque.
- Double check that if the seat was raised to put in the stand that it is put back to its correct height. Make sure all lights, computers, bags, and accessories are put back on the bike.
- Tires inflated to customers preferred pressure.
Does not include:
- New Headset, Bottom Bracket, Hub Bearing, or Component Installation.
- Di2 Wire Service.
Equivalent to 30 minutes worth of work, this service would be reserved for someone that has a new bike within a few months, or maybe they took a bike on a trip via airplane and just want the bike checked over after assembly. This service is also required of any of our more in depth Tune Ups and Pro Tune Ups which you will see below.

The Overhaul is designed to make your bike look and feel new again; it’s like a spa day for your bike- we recommend this level of service at the end of every season.
Equivalent to 3 hours of work, this service is a suggestion to someone who needs a full drivetrain replacement, or someone looking to keep their frame but replace everything else, or maybe someone with a collectors bike that wants to bring it back to life. There is not a single labor item left out aside from building wheels at this point. Parts not included.

Tune Up Service Package: $665 plus tax ($200 labor savings)
1 Overhaul
Tear down and rebuild as a new bike; includes cables and housing when applicable. The ONLY payment you make within this service is parts. The full house service, wash, wheel true, tire installment, cables and housing replacement, bar taping, plus any other parts you want installed will be installed without any pro-rate. This service is perfect to start the season off fresh!
2 Pro Tunes
Similarly to the overhaul, this is a tear down for a wash, however the bottom bracket and headset are not part of the service. Cables and housing are NOT included. We do include labor for chain installment and bar taping. This service is good for preventative maintenance; keeps the bike in check.
3 Bike Washes
Tubeless Service Package: $120 plus tax ($80 labor savings)
Four front and rear tubeless services, a total of eight services, where the tires are dismounted, cleaned, and then re-sealed with fresh tubeless sealant. This service should be done every 3 months to keep the tires in good health and also to prevent anything getting in the way of your ride!
