This is the one you’ve been waiting on. The first Factor ONE that our service course has had the pleasure to build up.
Compared to our recent Bike of the Month builds, this one takes on the more traditional approach (read: 2x drivetrain), if you can believe it or not. With that said, there are many things about this bike that make it absolutely special:
The aerodynamic split down tube Factor has dubbed the Twin Vane. The clean look of the integrated bar-stem combo. The no-wires-shown internal cable routing through the cockpit and integrated steerer fork. Rotor’s one-piece direct mount chainrings, machined from single blocks of ultralight aluminum and mounted directly to the power meter’s crank arms.
Did we mention that the crimson red paint has a metallic sparkle to it that can only be fully appreciated in person? Well, it’s certainly a sight to see.
The build specs are what you might expect in the pro peloton:
- Shimano’s DuraAce Di2 9150 w/ hydraulic disc brakes and 140mm IceTech rotors
- Rotor’s 2inPower meter mounted to 52/36 chainrings
- Look Keo Blade Carbon pedals
- Enve SES 5.6 Disc wheels laced on Chris King R45D w/ ceramic bearings
- Schwalbe Pro One 25mm tubeless tires (the frame accepts up to 28mm)
17.5 lbs
